Hi, Im Lee!

I became a personal trainer in August 2020 after struggling for the better part of a decade with my weight and self-confidence.

Once I decided enough was enough and it was time to get my act together, I set out to learn as much as I possibly could to not only help me lose weight but keep it off long term.

It was during this time that I realised if I could do it myself, I can help others to do the same.

    • How much does your coaching cost?

      This is a common question. However, it is impossible to answer without knowing your goals and realistic timescales. The best thing to do is get in touch so we can discuss what you need without obligation. I’ll be able to give you a clearer idea of cost from there.

    • How long have you been coaching for?

      I started personal training in August 2020 in a corporate gym. I branched out into online coaching after gaining my experience with face-to-face clients.

    • Do I need a gym membership?

      No. All programmes are tailed to the individual needs of the client. If you do not currently have a gym membership or don’t want to join a gym it is perfectly fine.

    • Are you a qualified personal trainer?

      Yes, I am fully qualified and insured

    • What if I have an injury or illness, can I still work with you?

      There are occasions where somebody has an injury or illness which requires specialist guidance. If this is the case, I will be open and honest with you and help you to find the help you need.
